I go past parallel sooooo go for it -- being able to get that low is a good sign of great flexibility in the hips agree if you have knee pains you shouldn't though

congrats - that's a great loss! I would get harder into lifting now - set body fat percentage goals set weightlifting goals maybe do a tough mudder or spartan race or marathon there are more ways to push your body :)

Active warm-up stretch = lunges, spidermans, push ups, jumping jacks...simple Lift If I do cardio I do it last (I don't do cardio first as I don't want to be tired when I lift and lose my form which in turns is a safety thing for me. If you lift right - cardio is not the only thing that burns fat)

Compound lifting will strengthen the core. forget sit-ups squats, DL's, OH presses. Things that require balance :)

After you shower just save em down. they have files at your local CVS/walgreens or use a pumice stone. Good to do so so they don't rip either I actually love them :) Conversation starter!

Squat: 175X5 Bench: 135x1 Deadlift: 270x1 Push Press 130x1 Doing Crossfit for about a year. Don't recall my starting but they were all under 100#s

I would start with bar and at least 5 to 10lbs on each side -- i believe it's better to start with the bar off the ground If you want to do just the bar - stack some plates and then put the bar on top of it.

haha i meant I used a HRM to see what I burn in a session ....then went under exercise and created my own workout thing called "crossfit" then did it that way..... People do it all the time.... I didn't mean it in the sense it came off oops!

I've had one removed and worked out on it fine -- It won't get infected as long as you shower :) It is sore though not gonna lie but you'll push through it - I did Is it big or small? Why don't you just wear a cotton tee - or you referring to your sports bra?
