AT 5'6'' AND 145 lbs you should be close to a normal weight. Have you considered concentrating on lowering your body fat % rather than the number on the scale? Pick up heavier weight training. This maybe the change you need. But again this also requires attention to diet.

At my max: squats 245lbs dead lift 225lbs bench press 135lb OHP 95lbs leg press 650lbs front squat 135lbs These are at 5-8 reps, took about 8-10 months of consistent training. I am no longer trying to reach those numbers. I am working on my edurance. So right now I am ok with : squats 185lbs dead lift 135lbs bench press…

^^ this actually happened to me once, but it was from Jack in the Box. It was late and I hadn't eaten all day so I swung by JIB. I woke up sick. Like physically sick for three days. Havent eaten JIB since.

Yes, start taking pictures. I had lost 50lbs before I noticed anything. My clothes were fitting better but not as loose as I had hoped. But then it just seems like one day * BOOM* all of a sudden my pants were hanging off of me. It's hard for us to see changes, because we see ourselves everyday.

^^^ Agree 100%, HIIT doesnt have to be all cardio or treadmill.

Yes the last few reps should be challenging and burning! If you arent feeling a burn on the last few, you may need to go up a bit.

Yup, 2 yrs ago when i lost the majority of my weight. I was on 1300- 1400 cal and I lost 75lbs in 10 months, along with it I lost alot of hair. My pretty, thick, natural hair thinned out so bad. I was malnurished. Im still self conscious about it till this day.

You've lost weight every where so your butt is still proportionate to your body. You still look amazing!

I followed the same program. I did 12 weeks or heavy weight lifting/ light cardio and I gained about 10 lbs in 2 weeks. After about 4-5 weeks the weight started dropping again, slowly of course. I also lost inches and my edurance, strength, conditioning improved greatly! I knew I hadnt gained fat, because I was being very…

Diet for weight control, exercise for fitness. [/quote] I love this. Thank you all for your support and kind words.
