^^ Yes! One thing I love and find it hard to resist is bread. Soft, fresh bread. I've tried lower carb bread and they're just not the same...they're either thin and can't hold much or in thicker bread the carbs are too high for my liking

I use the tablets in my cups of tea. I've tried Stevia, Candarel, Hermesetas and several more, and personally the Silver Spoon's my favourite. It just takes a while for you to find that one you're happy with :) Oh and I use the granulated Splenda for baking

what a nasty comment that guy made! glad you carried on afterwards though! i don't understand why people have to be so mean/insensitive to bigger people (e.g. when cycling, in the gym etc) when they can see that you're actively trying to do something about your weight
