^This. The yolks are the tastiest and it's wasteful to just throw them away! I get it's higher in calories if you eat the whole egg, but if you manage to fit them into your daily calories, you'll be fine. I do :)

I like measuring because it means I get a more accurate calorie recording, but when I'm really hungry and I have to weigh my food before eating it, it does frustrate me. Also, sometimes my piping hot food turns warm/lukewarm :(

Sometimes I'lI have an omelette with a splash of double cream and fried with a knob of butter. I may also add a sprinkle of dried parsley just to look posh :)

I get bored of exercise too, but find listening to music helps, whilst often singing along. Make a playlist of upbeat songs that'll get you going whilst running or doing exercises and only stop once the playlist's finished

Yak. I have tenderstem broccoli in stir-fry's and cook them 'till they're about medium cooked, but I could never have it fully raw
