mix it up...your body gets use to the calories you consume and your metabolism gets bored!! If your not loosing wieght....eat your exersice calories a couple days then try not eating them a couple days. IT gets your metabolism going again

OK I actually will pop my owm popcorn the 98% fat free kind and put it in a zip lock bag and sneak it into my purse. I even sit a seat away from my kids that have the real buttery kind just to avoid it....:laugh: :laugh:

I had eye surgery and I can't exercise for 7 days. This has been really hard for me because I go to the gym mon-fri...and its hard to not eat those calories. I can't wait till I can go back to my work our routine wish me luck I don't put some weight back on:cry:

I am changing my workouts to morning just because I am going to school and I have three kids so my schedule is always changing.
