I'm short and I have super muscular calves, so sometimes I feel like they make me look more thick than I wish I did... but then I remind myself that I am strong and my calves can do more than super skinny calves can :) My boots are always tough to zip up!! Haha.

I don't know for sure but I have heard that you really shouldn't take in less than 1400... I know 1200 would get you faster results but so would starving yourself... I personally don't think I would go lower than 1400.

My goal is 135. That's what I was when I was in the best shape of my life (two summers ago, at age 20) so I'm not even sure if I can healthily get below that. Dance gave me thick legs. Haha
