I am looking for lots of friends with positive attitudes who love LIFTING!! I want to meet other people who are less concerned with a "goal weight" and more concerned about being healthy, eating clean, developing muscles, and lifting heavy.
I started counting macros this week and I realized I need to take the carbs down and I have PLENTY of room left in my fat budget! Avocados are an obvious win, but what are your favorite LCHF snacks?!
