Thank you! I Think I'm going to try your "retraining tastebuds" idea... it sounds like it might work! The hardest part about eating healthy and such is that I'm in college and living in a dorm, so it's really hard to find fresh food and stuff. I LOVE fruit, but everything else... not so much!

Thank you! I LOVE fruit, but that's about it. I'm also in college and living in dorms, so I find it really hard to keep fresh fruit and healthy foods available to me. I want to challenge myself to trying a new fruit or vegetable every week. Believe it not, I've only ever tried a salad once!

That's about my goal! I'm hoping for this to be more of a "lifestyle change" than a diet though, so whatever I lose, I'm happy with! I eat tooo much junk food! :(
