Thanks :) ... I started late last yr and went back to my unhealthier habits but I forgave myself put it behind me and started again :D I am sure you could do it! And I have learned to hold myself accountable, and know that changing lifestyle habits are hard to break so cut yourself some slack and just get back on the horse…
