I am getting married soon, and I don't think I would get too worked up about it. That being said, I know lots of people who would -- and reasonably so! I say just don't risk it. I doubt anyone has a closet full of all-white formal wear. There are a million other colors out there, just pick something else!

For me, it’s all about balance. I don’t want to completely derail my progress, but I also want to enjoy social events, eat foods that I love, and keep my sanity. I always work out during my TOM! It makes me feel so much less fatigued and sluggish. That being said, I tend to do more cardio than normal during that week. I get pretty bad muscle aches, and lifting doesn't help!

I really like Special K Protein! It fills me up until lunch, whereas with most cereals, I'm hungry an hour later. I also really like Kashi Berry Blossoms -- they taste like Crunch Berries!

Of course, but I think there's a big difference between being healthy and having her body. Plenty of people, myself included, eat well, exercise regularly, and are at a healthy weight, but don't look like a fitness model.

This is my take – agree with me or don’t. I think this would have been a perfectly appropriate post if the caption had been something positive and encouraging. I no longer work out in the mornings, but when I did, I would split my breakfast up. Ex: a banana or hard boiled egg before the gym, to give me the energy to get through, then some oatmeal or toast with peanut butter afterwards. It worked well for me! I usually graze throughout the day, rather than eat a full meal. While at work today, I’ve gone through some baby carrots with hummus, a light string cheese, and a Fiber One bar. I’ll probably have an apple in an hour or so…and maybe a few Wheat Thins, if I’m hungry enough :)
