I thought we were posting in the other thread. My starting weight is 202.4...gained 3lbs last week and now down 2lbs....my goal is to be 185 by Nov. 24th.

202.4-9/29...I hope no gain, next week is TOM...I wish I knew how to prevent gaining during that time. My ultimate goal realistically is 185 by Nov.24...LETS DO THIS!

They said that since water is alkaline and the stomach is acidic when digesting food that mixing alkaline with acidic causes toxins in the body....I wasn't sure if it was valid that is why I asked it on here... I get thirsty when I'm eating so I like to drink my water at the same time.

I usually weigh in on Wednesdays but I can update it for a Thursday Friday official weight ins. My weight on Wednesday was 201.6 and today it said 204.8...I was flabbergasted at that number, but I understand the nature of fluctuations so I'll see next Wednesday.

The shred has really weakened my knees and I'm in crazy pain lately. I stopped and I'm letting my knees heal.

Yeah the first time I did that video I only made it to 20min mark and was about to puke. I kept at it and now I can complete the entire DVD. It does still keep me winded.
