Well I l would add my exercise on top of the TDEE because it truely varies from day to day and I don't have a consistent burn.

I did it for 6 months not touching a single piece of bread...did I feel better yes sometimes, but I also lost NO WEIGHT and found I had to purchase very expensive food items to substitute the no grains/wheat. Yes I too boil my tea with ginger, but I am going to start eating it and taking the capsules to relieve my joint pains. Yaay to natural remedies.

Yes I am doing this as well with my pink boxing gloves :), just making sure I don't shuffle back and forth because of the knee pain

I have flat feet as well, but doc said I don't need orthotics...I'm getting the knee pain at this age, because I feel down the stairs couple of years ago and landed on my left knee. It didn't hurt back then but because I didn't get medical attention for it back then it's acting up now.

I have a fear of swimming, I drowned twice in grade 7, need to seek professional help for this fear :)

the first time, it tasted a bit bitter...but now its OK...don't use a lot, you should be ok with a half a packet. I am not sure about whether you can get in the UK or not.

I generally have bad knees, I was told I have fluid in my knees a year and a half ago and nothing has really been done about it. I need to go see my doctor as the pain is getting worse. I've tried doing it in socks and I slip and slide a lot...lol. I might try the putting socks over my shoes idea.
