    My starting measurements are:

    weight: 152.6 lbs
    bust: 35.5 in
    waist: 30 in
    Hips: 39.5
  • I'd like to join this challenge. My weigh day is Wednesday though, can I keep to that day? (I sometimes notice a 3lb difference after the weekend), Also, I am on holidays from work for two weeks so wont be able to weigh in until November 16. (I'm a pain I know!).

    My Starting Stats are:

    Start Weight - 206lbs

    Current Weight - 185lbs

    Goal Weight - 145lbs

    And I did 70 mins of Zumba today (Cardio party and Express workout) and burned 775 calories :-)

    Do we post how many minutes we did on this thread? Is that how we track? I enter it as aerobic - high impact on MFP.

    I won't get any Zumba in today because I have a dart match after work, but I will be doing it most other days.

    I am in. I love zumba too!!! I will post my weight and measurements tonight when i get home.
    I attend zumba live classes twice a week and on the other days I will do my zumba DVDs at home.

    just did my half hour for the day. I don't like doing it at home as much as in the classes, but I like it enough to stick with it

    Forgot I had to go out of town for the night tonight. I was not able to do Zumba but did walk at a moderate pace for 30 min. My starting weight is 259.2 and I will measure when I get home tomorrow night or Thursday morning.

    i'm definitely in. i need to be motivated and get back on the wagon, like i was before. it's been more than 8 months since i've been exercising regularly and gained back the pounds!...i NEED THIS!!

    Did my 45 minutes yesterday...another 45 mins on the cards for tonight

    Didnt quite manage the 8 cups of water though - Only 7.5 so I'm working on this today

    Tonight is sculpt+sentao...This will be my first time doing sentao, it looks exciting.

    I've only done the sentao once because I don't have the room to do the chair stuff. It's a shame because I really liked what I could do of it.

    On my way to goal- 11/15/2011- mini goal- 184

    Waist: 36 inches
    Bust: 40.5 inches
    Hips: 41.5 inches
    Thighs -25 inches
