Not at the office so much as just friends in general. I try to stick to my eating healthy (as best I can). Meanwhile one friend has taken to the 'lose weight quick' pills and schemes that work for a couple weeks then she gains all back and then some, while the other does nothing but complain about her weight (and the…

Currently in week two of Sb phase 1 and so far I'm down 10lbs. I have found myself frequently going back to the approved foods list for reminders. I have been using Pinterest to find recipes that are similar then make adjustments to remove what is not allowed and add something that is. So far I've not craved much by way of…

I've been doing 30DS for the last 3 nights. It is definitely intense, and I feel like I am definitely getting a work out. It's too soon to see results yet, but I've been recommending it to my friends. My next step upon completion of 30DS is Ripped In 30.

Depends. What are you approaching and what is the goal when you get there?

I just did L1D1 for the first time and I felt like I was going to die half way through. I did remember to take before pics, so I can see if the craziness is worth it!

Whats the worst thing that can happen?? Get in shape AND potentially find a man? I'm ok with that, lol.

I surmise that a lot of the problem with diet sodas leading to obesity is that people think because they're drinking diet, they can eat ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING their little hearts desire [i.e: Supersize Big Mac Meal... and a diet coke.] I even have people tell me ALL THE TIME that diet coke really does have sugars and…

I ordered my DVD's from Amazon yesterday so I look forward to started 30DS September 1st. Once I finish that, I plan to start Ripped in 30. This is my first, serious effort to get in shape so I'm hoping 60-ish days of ripping and shredding will get me started in the right direction.

Oh lawd...... I suddenly need a chocolate bar..... and... a towel....

Made this incredible dish the other night. I weighed and measured everything that went into it and came out with this: Chicken, onion, garlic, corn, black beans and spinach on a whole wheat tortilla [with mashed up avocado on it as a "dressing."] Granted, the whole thing came out to 702 calories by the time I added…

You lose a whole person! Congratulations!!!!!!

If you know you will be working out any given day, maybe increase your morning meals to include those work out calories so you don't have to eat them all at the end of the day

Looking fantastic! Plus in the current photo you seem to have better posture too! Congrats and keep up the great work!

If you create a meal in which you measure all the ingredients to come up with a count for the entire meal, I would say save what you don't finish and snack on it later in the day as you get hungrier. The calories won't change if you eat the whole amount in one sitting, or in 2-3.

I was just thinking to myself this morning as I stepped on my digital scale of they are more accurate than one of the old style with the needle thing haha. I'm tempted to get both and see if they weigh in the same, or if there's a pattern or anything.

Good luck :)

Given the choice, I'd rather have diet coke over pretty much anything else I used to indulge in. It satisfies my craving for sweets without leaving me ravenous for candy, chips and crap. Sure, maybe it's not the best thing in the world, but as far as I'm concerned, it's zero calories, has the caffeiene I need to get…

I don't know anything about bodily changes after having children, but in my experiences, it seemed that my body took a couple of weeks to really acclimate to the change in diet and caloric intake. Keep in mind that with your work out schedule you are most likely watching the scale rise to account for increase in muscle…

You look incredible! Your journey is encouraging and motivating for me as my weight and goals are almost the same. Congratulations on your success!!!!

I am 5'5 and currently weighing in at 209. My goal weight to start is 150. Ultimately, I would like to slim down to 130 as that is the recommended weight for my height. After many years of being this heavy, I will be ridiculously happy to weigh in the 170's again!!

Haha, figures. This doctor's offices are in California....

I looked at a few days on your diary, and while I am no expert, I wonder if you would see improvement by cutting back on your use of coffee creamer, miracle whip, and other things [like KFC and potato chips.] Also, how long are your walks for? While you are doing a great job of keeping track of those calories and it…
