Could it be the batteries? I have the Polar FT4 and I was close to throwing that thing out the window. For a couple of weeks mine would read the heart rate (sometimes it didn't) and a few seconds later drop to 00. It's been a week since I changed the batteries to both the strap and watch and so far no problems with it.

I started the program on October 30th and did about 3 days a week. I had to reinstall the app because it was only showing up week 2 day 1 and after that to run the 5k. Last week I got sick and haven't ran. I plan to get back into it and starting over from week 1 and day 1 when I feel better

In the past I've done 30 Day Shred & Body Revolution both by Jillian Michaels and have lost weight in both not sure on any dance workouts. I will be starting TurboFire tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes.

I hated clothes shopping. The many times i fought back tears in the dressing room because I couldn't fit into pants and certain cheaper stores wouldn't carry bigger sizes.

In the beginning cupcakes, soda, chips and the majority of crap i was eating. Now i eat chips in moderation, soda every now then (because too much of it makes me break out..blech) and i haven't had a cupcake in a year (since i started this).

Story of my life, I love pizza! I used to eat it practically every week, but now i've limited myself to only having it every now and then. I can't cut it out completely, but I sure watch how much of it I eat

Just remember that there will be lots of ups & downs. It's going to be one hell of a roller coaster ride, but never give up and keep going!

I listen to music every day, but it's weird that i don't listen to it when i'm working out. Since I use Jillian Michaels workouts, i just listen to hear yelling at me lol

Oh my goodness, let's see... -2 sandwiches for lunch with half a bag of chips -frozen pizza for dinner or 2-3 plates of home made dinner. (sometimes would even eat another sandwich with chips hours after dinner) -I would also consume an entire Party Pail ice cream within a week by myself and I would still make another…
