Try using a pedometer. They are great. Then log them by adding to the exercise data base by using steps in the minutes section and calories in the calories section. Tracks very nicely.

50 pounds would put me below my goal. Count me in!!

In my opinion Metamucil is gross, Benefiber is somewhat better. Restorlax is very good. I have been taking PEG3350 for years. I put 2 heaping teaspoons to a 2 liter jug of water, I fill 4 jugs at a time, my daily water intake. It is flavourless and dissolves in seconds. Can be added to anything!! Literally! I add it to my…

If I am drinking coffee, I log coffee, same with tea. If I am drinking juice, I log juice. If pop, I log pop. If I am drinking water, I count water. Or do you mean how does everyone log their liquid intake? Two different questions. My answer, see above.

1393 steps = .63 kms = .38525 miles, so for me close to 3000 steps = 1 mile. Approximately.

My house is not dirty. My house is somewhat cluttered. But in the clutter, I know where everything is and can put my hands on it immediately. Do I like my clutter? No, I do not, and I want it gone.

Set your activity level to sedentary and log all your exercise. Get a pedometer and count your steps/miles per day. That will give you the amount of calories burned which will be added to your daily caloric amount.

I find when I get unexplained headaches it is because I have not been drinking enough water. A cleanse/detox doesn't help, I have never tried one and have no plans to try one. I have a healthy body, inside and out. Increase your water intake.

Sounds totally bizzare. I am Canadian too, and have never heard of this tradition. Want to get married? Save some money or cut down on plans to what you can afford. Glad I don't live in Manitoba.

I'm new to this challenge. Love to go walking but not in the 100 miles range. Just some moving the legs around the neighbourhood. Don't have a pedometer at the moment, after a year and a half it broke and I haven't got a working replacement yet. But I think I'll get in on the fun at 10 miles this month. That is a lot for…
