@ OP--- i notice your tracking your sugar intake and thats very BIG! especially seeing those breakfast bars you are consuming, also you dont seem to be OVER EATING cal wise but the things that you are consuming arent the best choices you surely need to up your water intake add more fruits and vegys just try that for a week…
