I'll throw in my .2 cents here but I already know most of you MFP keyboard warriors will probably tear into me...... but.........Im gonna say it anyway...... packing on a ridiculous amount of protein & calories does NOT pack on muscle. Your training is what makes you muscular....eating clean will make you leaner however…

Everyone is different but with me I lost 38lbs in about 4 months but I also went cold turkey on all soda, only drink water, no meats at all, and walk/jogged every day for 5-8 miles....

I think the worst beer I've had so far was Miller high life in one of those 32oz cans, beer flavored watered down, flat, cheap. I dont think its possible to even get a buzz of it no mater how much of it you drink...

I go for nice long brisk walks pretty much every day and love it. according to MFP, I burned 694 calories during my 2hr walks. I walk at a pretty fast pace and along the way I do 3 sets of push ups, sit ups and pull ups. On my days off from work I'll do it again in the evening..

I used to make mine out of a couple bananas 6-7 strawberries and low fat organic milk and a scoop of protein powder for good luck but nowadays I just buy Bolthouse farms "Green goodness"... I used them as a after workout refreshment or as part of a breakfast such as a smoothie with some toast... I dont see why you cant…

All I know with me, I feel fine eating 1100-1300 calories a day, I jog 4 miles every other day and in between I walk 8 miles , do pushups & ab work... I cant say that I'm building muscle but I am definitely getting more toned and stronger in that I'm doing more pushups then when I first started...

I'm lucky enough to live within a mile of my work so most of the time, I walk to & from work. I jog every other day & in between I walk up to 8 miles, and on days off I'll do my walk in the morning and again in the evening. On my walking day's I'll throw in a couple sets of pushups, ab crunches & planks during my walk...…
