Oh yeah, and I lost 5 pounds in a week doing these things. On a 1200cal a day diet. I have about 45 pounds to go. Ultimately, you have to burn more that you consume. Earn or burn!!!!!

I had the same problem for the first few days on my diet. I was sooooo hungry. Then I later learned a few things to lower the calories: Add 1. 1/2 banana sliced on cereal makes it alot more filling and only cost you 50 cal. 2. I eat anywhere from 900-1200 calories. After making that cabbage soup that Weight Watchers love, I may not make that many. I have about 45 pounds to loose.
