Used to eat Skippy All natural, however recently tried PB2...LOVE IT!!!! A fraction of the calories and fat(45calories per serving, 1.5gram of fat), 5 grams of protein as oppsed to 7, well worth it.

Its the sugar. Sugar is addictive the less you eat, the less you want.

Altered my diet, fewer carbs & sugar with more protein. Good luck, only got 11lbs to go.

I changed mine as well, I think they allow for too many carbs(for me), & not enough protein.

Keep doing what you're doing as far as excercise is concerned, but REALLY watch what you eat. Limit you carb& sugar intake. I personally think if you're trying to loose MFP allots for a lot of carbs. You can custimize your food diary to fit your goals. In short, diet is at least 70% of the battle. Good luck!
