A little over a week. I know that's not long in the grand scheme of things, but I was steadily dropping for a while.

Shakeology isn't a weight loss shake. Simply drinking it won't make you lose weight. I drink it every day for breakfast, eat at a calorie deficit, and exercise daily. I love it. It helps with my cravings and helps keep me full. It also has lots of nutrients. I enjoy it, but to each their own.

Ok, so after reading your responses I guess this is my next question. I'm already doing PiYo, which is a lot of body weight. 30DS uses body weight and maybe 2-3 lb weights. Y'all still think I should stick with the walking/cardio + PiYo and leave off the 30DS? I think I made 30DS sound more intense than it is. Thanks for…

Thank you everyone, for your advice. I definitely think it is my mindset mixed with not enough sleep and error in calorie counting. I'll take all of that into consideration and adjust accordingly. :)

I am eating exercise calories back. MFP did have me at a goal of 1068 a day, but I bumped it up to 1200 plus eating exercise calories back. In my head, I realize it's really early to see results. I think I'm getting discouraged by energy levels, diet, the scale, and the fact that I saw quick results last time.

I did take measurements. I lost 7.7 inches total. I ate between 1200 and 1400 calories--and I even had cheat days. ;)

It's Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. You can find the videos on youtube for free, or you can buy them on Amazon for really cheap. I used the instant stream from Amazon.

Ok, whoa...let me clarify what I meant. I'm not asking for compliments. I appreciate the feedback--I agree that it could be bloat, food digestion, different lighting, etc. That's why I asked. I'm referring to the sarcastic comments about science and what I'm wearing. Maybe I misunderstood those posts.
