How do you log accurately?
With all of the misinformation and incorrect entries on MFP, what do you do to ensure that you are accurately logging calories? I mean, I have a food scale, so I know that one, but how do you use that plus the nutritional info on here to do it right?

Could this be a woosh effect?
In the last 4 weeks I've lost 11.5 inches, but not many pounds. I'm trying to understand what's going on. I'm very excited for the inches lost, but I'm wondering about the pounds? Could this be water retention/woosh effect? After 4 weeks I would've thought the water retention would've been better. Thoughts?
