Question: 8-12 weeks of Lifting Ladies

Anyone willing to share photos of any transformations you had lifting 8-12 weeks.

I know everyone is different, but my first goal (important event) is in 8-12 weeks and I'm hoping so see a little improvement. I'm working with a trainer--added lifting+cardio+total overhaul of my nutrition.

Thanks for any help!

    This is awesome!! I was the same way the first time I accidentally flexed my pectorals hahaha

    OP, I've lost 6 inches in the past 12 weeks with strength training. Not crazy results, but a loss is a loss to me. I've also been eating quite a bit and haven't always been in a deficit.
