What are you doing in my daydream?!?!?!?

I would recommend ramping up slowly on the magnesium... it will not hurt you, but there is a magic point at which the body starts discarding the extra and you will be spending a lot of time in the bathroom...

I'm not a big fan of the 'stairs' feature on the FitBits... they use changes in air pressure to determine if you are going up/down stairs, so on my morning bike rides on a moderately hilly path, I get credited with anywhere from 40 to 60 flights of stairs.

Clocked my first 14 mph average on this morning's ride, so feeling good after the rest…

IN for me: October goals: Exercise: Bike - ride days when weather permits, do spin bike when not - at least 350 miles on the bike (weather permitting). I agree with T1DCarnivore... I am not diabetic and numbers like you posted would not surprise me at all, especially when eating keto/low carb for awhile. The good thing to note is that it dropped so quickly after you took the walk - that means that your body was doing what it should do and used the glucose effectively to…

Back on the bike this morning, 17.82 miles @ 14.0 mph average, 76 minute ride. My first 14 mph average ride of the season! Not too shabby on a mountain bike converted into a hybrid. Will be doing upper body stuff thru the day as well.

I would disagree with this - (please don't bamify me Bacon! ) - they are down on the idea that there is something mystical and magical about IF - whether it negates calories, makes your body behave differently in regards to calories, etc. I have not seen anyone who is down on IF simply because it's 'IF'. I normally…

9/24: Exercise - road 17.04 miles @ 13.7 mph, 75 minute ride. Food - calories were good, protein 141 grams, carbs 129 grams net It has been chilly here the last couple of mornings - in the upper 50's - so the ride has been more pleasant as I'm not dripping wet in the middle of the ride. Only problem with that is I actually…
