  • After a couple of rest days (1 scheduled, 1 because of weather) rode the bike this morning for 17.85 miles at 13.5 mph average - total time of 79 minutes.

  • 10/12: Exercise - rode 17 miles yesterday morning and then stayed active doing laundry and other stuff around the house. Food - calories were good and both protein and carbs were in the sweet zones. Today is a rest day, so just doing light things around the house, with no real exercise scheduled for the day.

  • Had a busy weekend, longer ride on Saturday plus stuff around the house, Sunday was yard work and errands. Today was a shorter ride of 17 miles, had a storm blow thru last night that left lots of debris on the path so played dodge the crap all of the ride. Will be doing upper body stuff later today.
  • 10/9: Food yesterday was good, protein and carbs were both good. Exercise - rode 19 miles in the morning, then was a total slug the rest of the day... Did my long ride for the week this morning... chores around the house and added some more Halloween decorations to the house.

  • Morning ride - 19 miles @ 13.3 mph avg... took it easier this morning, just wasn't feeling the need for speed. Will be doing an upper body workout later today.
  • 10/7: Back on the horse yesterday... Rode 19.5 miles in the morning and did push-ups later to work my upper body. Food for the day was good - protein good at 106 grams and carbs also good at 144 grams net. Weight was down this morning so that is going in the right direction as well.
