I have tried counting calories but I haven't found the right amount. I've tried from 1700 to 2400ish with minimal success. Maybe I'm wasn't counting accurately enough...

I would love to lose 39 pounds and get down to 200! I may have to try a fast, never really thought about it before. Yea I should take measurements. I did take a before photo a while ago and my chest/shoulders look bigger but sadly my gut has stayed the same, lol. Thanks for the tips!

Thanks! I try to take in a good amount of protein so the change I'm trying is raising the fat and lowering the carbs. If I could lose a pound every other day I don't know what I would do! lol. Thanks again.

Hello, I tore my ACL and meniscus four years ago and just had surgery in May (Hamstring graft and meniscus repair). Before my surgery I was able to do a lot like jog slowly, squats, lunges, jump rope. I was not able to move laterally, make any cuts, or rotate on the knee. If I did it would go out on me. Feel free to add me…

I added you as well. I just started low carb again after trying numerous different approaches. Low carb seemed to work the best so I'm going to stick it out this time!

Hello, My name is Victor and I'm 36. I would love to lose 30-40 pounds but I just had knee surgery about 7 weeks ago and I am still using one crutch so it will be slow going. Just trying to get back to where I was!

Hi Pamela, I don't know how much help I will be but I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery 7 weeks ago. I'm still walking with one crutch so I can't do to many exercises besides using resistance bands while lying down. I'm hoping to add more exercises soon since I think I'm ready walk without crutches. I have Insanity, P90x, Punching bag, and some free weights. I'll either do a DVD workout, some kind of interval training or sometimes just lift.
