I have tried counting calories but I haven't found the right amount. I've tried from 1700 to 2400ish with minimal success. Maybe I'm wasn't counting accurately enough...

I would love to lose 39 pounds and get down to 200! I may have to try a fast, never really thought about it before. Yea I should take measurements. I did take a before photo a while ago and my chest/shoulders look bigger but sadly my gut has stayed the same, lol. Thanks for the tips!

Hi Pamela, I don't know how much help I will be but I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair surgery 7 weeks ago. I'm still walking with one crutch so I can't do to many exercises besides using resistance bands while lying down. I'm hoping to add more exercises soon since I think I'm ready walk without crutches.
