Well, i eat 1300 a day and I do very well with it. Im not usually starving. Just today for some reason. I just feel like if i go, im so tired that the workout wouldnt be sufficient. I could do pilates at home. I just dont feel like actually driving to the gym and changing lol

Thank you everyone. I dont know why I get like this. It drives me nuts. I KNOW i am doing a great job and honestly im ok with losing it slowly. I love this site/app and I feel great. I like the way im doing it. But, i secretly (not so secretly on here lol) hope they do gain it back...and thats what i dont like about myself.

OK, so i was doing it right then. It just doesnt make sense when they say you have to burn more calories than you take in. because in the end you are eating what you are burning.

Thank you! Its strange because ive heard that it is only 250 calories....then ive heard 600 then 800 its very confusing!! What about a salad slice? Minus the dressing of course!
