I find a time in my day in between shuttling kids back and forth to school. I know for me, my time that I can commit to at least 30 mins (if it's that short, I suggest getting a PT or doing some kind of high intensity workout) at the gym right after my oldest child gets on the bus but before my second child has to be at…

I don't know if you have a Fitbit, but their app has some pretty good, easy and quick (7-15 minutes) of exercises that you can follow along with.

The problem is with such a little amount of calories your body is going into store mode and that will make you gain weight. You definitely need to up your caloric intake to compensate what the baby is taking. You can certainly loose weight while breastfeeding but it may take a little bit of tweaking to get it. Any kind of exercise will help but it's going to be more in what you eat. Lots of fresh veggies, minimal sugar, lean protein. That in conjunction with working out (even if just walking around for 30-45 mins) will have a big impact on your weight loss journey. Good Luck!!

Arbonne has a nutrition program that is low glycemic. Fresh veggies, good carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes), etc.

I love my Arbonne protein powder and ready made shakes! 20 g of plant based protein per shake, 20 vitamins and minerals and 160 calories per serving.

It's going to be all in what you eat! Veggies, good carbs, minimal sugar would be a good place to start. There are also different programs out there that can help you with making a change in what you typically eat. I myself use one of those types of programs. You've got this!! Good Luck!!

Agree! :) About the only thing I pay REALLY close attention to is my calorie count. I usually try and stay 100-200 calories under my goal and it seems to be working. Putting yourself in to much of a box can make getting healthier seem more of a chore than it needs to be.
