Oh and btw, my diet is full of milk, peanut butter sandwiches, eggs and other protein foods like chicken. I also eat fruits in between meals.

Btw, I've been on this diet for about 3-4 weeks now. Before that I was only on a 1500 calorie diet

Thanks for the great advice guys. With this diet though, would I still gain weight fast even if I don't lift? I had a hernia when I was younger so I'm not really suppose to lift heavy items incase it comes back.
