water weight doesn't actually mean water. Water will never make you gain weight. Water weight comes from eating too much sodium.

Yeh i thought that too. I was at 260 now I'm at 248. My waist is a lot skinnier and so are my arms. I lose weight in my legs and butt a lot slower than my torso. So I'm thinking maybe I dropped almost a size in shirts but not in pants. The waist on my pants are a little loose though.

I weighed 260. I am now down to 248 within a couple weeks. I started walking here and there. But honestly I didn't see much results until I started really pushing myself. I would walk for a bit and then sprint. Another thing is to work on strength training. Really build up your muscle, and that will help you be stronger…
