  • My favourite excercise in Day 2 was the stretches :wink: but seriously, I could hardly keep up! during that military drill thing, I was on my first push up when they were already jumping up! I think this was the worse part. This and the oblique plank thing, or whatever you call it. Oh, and I am SORE today
  • Hey Jade, I'm guessing you didn't eat before working out? How did you find it? I like working out in the morning, but a bit worried about doing this particular work out on empty stomach - don't want to faint or I won't be found until 9 am when my BF gets up ;)
  • Hey Katy, I'm vege too! I think it's a bit harder when you don't eat meat to stick to a diet, as we are already a bit limited in our choices. Eggs/tofu/cottage cheese might get a bit boring quite quickly. How are you coping?
