  • I went to the gym even though I didn't want to, and did all of my run/walk splits for the full amount of time each. Not *feeling particularly successful but hey, I did it!
  • Me too. I keep losing the same 10-15lbs over and over again. It's so discouraging.
  • Yep. Lost 15 or so in the fall, was getting compliments on 'trimming up' and so forth, feeling really good. Then came Thanksgiving and Christmas and cold winter laziness and comfort food.... and we're back 10-12 up again. BOO.
  • This is exactly my issue! I'm tall and have a large frame - when I look up my "ideal weight" or "healthy BMI range," it feels really unattainable. I've been shooting for 160's, but everything I've seen online tells me to shoot for the 140's. =| I feel like, can that be right?? Would 160's still be unhealthy for me? Ugh.

  • What is actually a good weight for us? I'm 5'8 with a medium to large, semi athletic build body. I've always had 165ish as a goal and the other day googled "ideal weight" for my height and found numbers that were much, much lower. I know everyone's different, but what is a healthy range I should be shooting for?
