I just started today, but I'd love to hear about other people's experiences. The recipes are super tasty so far although getting down the 5 egg whites was pretty tough. I boiled them instead of scrambling because I don't have a ton of time in the mornings to cook.

I definitely have gone down a cup size - from a 36 DD at Victoria's Secret (ahh vanity sizing) to a 34 D. It's kind of nice though because they've definitely gotten perkier with all the strength training I've done! Plus, I'm smaller now so it's not super noticeable that they're smaller.

I'm 5'2'' and my goal weight is 120...once I get there I want to try to work down to 115, but it's been hard enough trying to get to 120. I've been at this for 2 years almost now and have lost around 50 lbs but I keep going up and down in the 130s and haven't reached the 120s yet.
