Before During Pics (30DS and Ripped in 30)

A lot of people ask for before and afters of 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 so I thought I'd share some.

I started the 30DS in Janurary weighing 157 I finished at 151. I lost 2+ inches from my waist and 2+ inches from my hips (I say plus because I didn't start measuring until I was half way in). I am 5'7.

I started Ripped in 30 in February and just finished on Satruday. The scale shows I lost one pound but I think it's more as my monthly began today so I can't trust the scale right now. However I lost 1 inch from my waist and 2.5 from my hips.

I really didn't see the difference in the mirror from 30DS to Ripped in 30 until I looked at these side by side

So my weight loss between the two wasn't significant but I think visually there were a lot of changes! Goes to show when you trade muscle for fat the scale might not change but your body sure does! I'm going to keep going from here to land at my goal weighing between 130-135. :)

    I am 5'7 also, and want to be 135 when all is said and done. I am up to day 5 on 30 ds, and have to get out my measuring tape. The scale isn't moving, but I can feel the difference so far.

    wow... i did 30ds twice now and i just bought ripped in 30. i got NO results the last time i did 30ds ( just finished 2 days ago) so come april 1st i hope to get some results from ripped in 30.. You can see your tummy muscles, that is what i am looking for... well plus less of a pooch too...

    Soo awesome! Good for you!!! I'm around where you were when you started (I'm 5'6.5") - so this is pretty damned inspirational. :happy:

    Great job, look at those muscles, hoping I have them after I'm done. I was on day 21 of the 30ds but hubby is starting it with me so back to lvl 1 day 1 but its worth it to have him work out with me!

    I am also 5'7 and about to finish 30DS, for the 2nd time. I weigh quite a bit more than you now at 175ish, but I hope to have your body soon! You look fantastic!! Well done!

    I did 30 day shred each level ten times each 5 or 6 times a week. I did Ripped in 30 five days a week. On my rest days I would either walk or do a pilates workout so I'd at least be doing something.
