I mean I wouldn't really worry about it one way or the other, you know? just stay on top of your hydration eating right is a lifestyle not a diet, right? so I mean there will be some fluctuations here and there but the important thing is your long term success so don't stress out about one particular day or another

haha hey man if you can bother to give the exact name of a study, but not also include a link to it well that's just cruel
-
the post count increase is strong in this thread
-
did anyone else think this thread was going to be more exciting than it actually is?
-
the sensationalist design of that site immediately causes one to dismiss it so here I am having to click through into one of their studies find the study title follow it to the Lancet then copypasta to google and look at the NCBI abstract so yes you are correct and that was an error on my part. but they should make their…

lol seems credible
-
wake me up when it's all over
-
go back through the 11 other pages in this thread and I'm sure you'll find the evidence you need I don't need to re-post anything just because someone is asking for it again
-
uh *kitten* that the mobile app for using these forums blows
-
hey LMGTFY didn't find it for me on the first page of search results so obviously it didn't exist u kno
-
I agree, a few of us have asked for the study to be posted I sympathize with your personal account on this, fo real but I do have to ask you to consider how state/federal mandating of admittance to the program as part of sentencing for a DUI might skew the success rate of the program. you know? people who are forced to go…

Hate is a strong word. I just dislike it. Like I said, it is sold on a lie that it is healthier, safer, and more nutritious. Why would any rational person then advocate this? The only people who benefit from this are the ones selling it.
-
@Mr_Knight mentioned an epidemiological study on this asked him for a source (and more info) but he didn't provide it yet because he hates us apparently
-
what I can't wrap my head around is why you have spent 11 pages arguing so strongly in favor of it I totally get that some people like it
-
because it's more expensive and it's sold on a lie that it is healthier, safer, and more nutritious just like body wraps and other woo people on MFP don't like woo
-
my mistake fungicide, herbicide, pesticide the crux of all this is that organic farming uses just as many "chemicals" as modern agriculture (possibly more in volume, possibly less in number) but you seem content to continue to argue this to your dying breath by going back and forth over semantics
-
man you are free to worry about all of that if you want but it is honestly just added stress and won't actually benefit you physically it is literally just a placebo effect but if it really does make you feel better then who's to say you shouldn't do it I guess right?
-
I agree me too
-
in for more Leanstains is that a 16:8?
-
yeah I'm not using a reverse osmosis filter or anything, just one of those cheap Culligan replaceable ones
-
uh yea this is why we're friends
-
that may be the dumbest thing I've read in this thread you cannot determine the success of ANYTHING based on the results of a single individual which is why I asked how effective they are as in, overall success rate
-
yes, natural ways by using "organic" herbicides I'm not saying everything she posted was accurate (or even near accurate), but it cut through a fair amount of the back and forth *kitten* in a nicely brief way
-
bro that's certainly up to you although I don't know what changes exactly you expect to see weight loss and body comp only require the following goals: - calories - macros - micros what exactly you use to reach those goals is of no consequence, as along as you meet them
-
what is "daily sodium"
-
FO4 bby or the new Star Wars Battlefront maybe na mean??
-
knock knock open up the door it's real
-
so I'm guessing that one thread from yesterday got nuked lol
-
at a pound a week you could do 32 pounds that is good though! gluck
-
dat strong recomp what's the timeline there?
