Im working on losing 40!! I've done it once 4 years ago, had two kids along with broken ankle surgery this year caused me to be very lazy but im able so that is no excuse!! Haha You can do it!!

Hello!! I'm also a Turbo Jam fanatic, I have the whole collection but the main one I've been doing is the cardio party mix 1 along with ab jam and I've lost 25 lbs doing this at least 5 days a week!! I dont think Turbo Jam could ever get old. If I get tired of doing mix 1 then i will switch to cardio party mix 2 but still…
