    Alright everybody, I have our first challenge! I am going to write it in all caps so it stands out!

    1st challenge: DRINK HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN WATER ALL WEEK! This is supposed to be the amount over water a person should drink. Example: If you weigh 200lbs you would drink 100oz of water!!!

    Sound good????

    1....2....3.....GO DRINK SOME WATER!!!

    Oh I want in!! This is JUST what I need to get myself going! I generally can only lose about 1lbs a week so I dk if I can make it to 15 but its totally worth a shot!! Nice to meet everyone! Good luck this week!! :)

    cool so 70oz of water a day for me then cool thats around 2l right?!?!? I try and aim for that every day anyways but will push me a bit more :)

    I always count my green tea or mint tea as one of my drinks but this week Im going to aim for just the water count as well as my other drinks :)

    Love all the people joining!

    Hope you guys enjoy the water challenge. I have to say, I was so busy today and now I have a whole lot of water to drink. I have almost 110oz to drink daily. I have only had 16oz so far. OMG!

    yippe my goal for water drinking was 1980ml and I have drunk 2840ml :) good first day of the challenge for me :)
