    My weigh in day is Monday so I will put my weight from last week
    I only want to lose 14lbs but if I lose 15lb all the better :) although I feel like it is hard to get it off at the mo no matter how much I exercise and how well I stick to my calorie count :(

    any tips on extra burning activities will be most appreciated :)

    Alright everybody, I have our first challenge! I am going to write it in all caps so it stands out!

    1st challenge: DRINK HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN WATER ALL WEEK! This is supposed to be the amount over water a person should drink. Example: If you weigh 200lbs you would drink 100oz of water!!!

    Sound good????

    1....2....3.....GO DRINK SOME WATER!!!

    Oh I want in!! This is JUST what I need to get myself going! I generally can only lose about 1lbs a week so I dk if I can make it to 15 but its totally worth a shot!! Nice to meet everyone! Good luck this week!! :)

    cool so 70oz of water a day for me then cool thats around 2l right?!?!? I try and aim for that every day anyways but will push me a bit more :)
