  • im of the thought that increasing , or changing an exercise, can help.. also,. sometimes if you don't eat anything , your body can go into starvation mode, and refuse to give up any fat..... well, COVERT BAILEY said something like that a long time ago, and it makes sense to me......
  • shoot, just find something you love to do,,,,,, or when u vaccum and do chores , ( or anything really , ) just do it like you are on fire..... like some one is coming in 15 min and you gotta clean it all........ this way of thinking got me thru my 20s and 30s it really helps....... u can do it

  • yes , I remember the cheese gimmick . that worked for me before..if.. I only have crap shredded cheese, I wont take big huge bites .... no ice cream ..... 1 soda a day..... and no fast food..... those are the best for sures I have
