Very cute:) good sense of humor. I didn't take a picture but for dinner tonight: Skinless BBQ chicken legs (I had 2) Grilled Asparagaus with olive oil and garlic salt Chocalate Pudding for dessert. Not as exciting as the pics above. Short on time today:)

My goal is to maintain going to Zumba classes at least twice a week, logging in everyday even if I have bad days and most of all lose 5 pounds. I am being realistic here even that is hard for me. Keep on trying:)

I love the crock pot, there are great recipes online.. Between a husband, kids and work it comes in so handy. I missed the dietbet deadline online. I will join you next time around, but I will write posts for inspiration.

I make rosemary-lemon chicken, it's yummy and really easy 1. I am from LA and they smoothie cleanse is a big trend out here. Try substituting lettuce instead of bread for sandwiches. Obviously bread is so much yummier the more you do it the more you get used to it and feel so much lighter. I also substitute mashed cauliflower or sweet potatoes for mashed potatoes.
