Daz, you are a machine! Here I thought I was rocking it at 175 cardio(+30 tomorrow) and 120 strength. No need for anyone to stress the workout time here! Do what you can and the rest of us will step up! Tj! We need to plot against them! What are we going to chose for a punishment? Sprints?

The way it worked last year, so I assume it is the same, was Sunday is an extra day. You can use it if you need to so you can get a headstart on the week. I think a food punishment is harder though because I love peas, no punishment there. Now if you said no ice cream or coffee I'd have a problem, but most people trying to lose weight have already cut those. Now my pilates class is doing a 2.5 minute chair squat right now. That is always a punishment ;)

I don't do yoga so I can't help you there but I do pilates 3x a week. If my pilates class for the day includes the hand weights or the body bar I count is as strength because my instructor focuses more on certain muscle groups those days. Mountain climbers done! Calf raises to go. I finally got back in the pool this week, swam my 7 yr old daughter's hour long swim team practice routine from earlier this week. OMG, I'm sore. How does she do this 3 times a week?! I feel like a mean mom now. I'm going to have to keep doing her swims.

Anyone else still tracking their minutes? I was just adding mine up for the week and realize I didn't have a goal. I'm already to 270 cardio! I'm thinking next week I might set a calories burned goal for myself, it'd be a big swimming/running week.

Sorry I've been all ghosty. I took an extra long vacation :-) Monday-nothing...drove all day, all day, 8am to 11pm. All Day! Tuesday- 20 cardio, 50 strength.
