Oh I'm late but I'm swimming this month. And I've already been tracking my distance, so hello ;)

I'm a egg person. Eggs over easy on grits, potato pamcakes or leftover roasted potatoes, scrambled egg/egg white mix with leftover chili on top, taco omelet if I have leftover taco meat. Even on the weekends we make pancakes and I top mine with a banana and egg over easy. I may have a problem ;)

Rough week here. My kiddos got me sick. I've got 5 points for my personal goals, I missed 2 days :( and did 2 of the 3 bonuses. So total 7 for me. At least I remembered to check in this challenge! Now to go watch the show since kids are tucked in.

Okay a friend is doing a 30 day gallon of water challenge. I'm gonna do it because all I've been drinking is coffee. And keep doing my C25k. And log. I'm just making those my goals for the rest of the challenge. Cuz logging is hard for me right now.

I wasn't feeling creative this week so for video, I did Sally squats because I can't get enough on that German guy. And Fitness Blender lower body stretches because my pilates instructor noticed I started running again because my lower body is all tight and I can't do some moves again.

Almost forgot!! Hiked with the family today and then have been coloring with my daughter while watching football all evening. I hit all my goals but missed the challenge as I hurt my back :( new goal is to remember to not push myself too hard at the gym because injuries suck!
