it is a workout DVD put out by Jillian Michaels that is kind of a circuit training dvd. You do 3 minutes of a strength exercise, 2 minutes of cardio, and then 1 minute of ab exercise, for three circuits. Good for you! I had started and stopped the shred I think at least 2 or 3 times before finally mustering up the determination to FINISH THE DARN THING. I just finished Day 7 of level 1 today, and I can tell you it gets addicting working out everyday. What works best for me is doing it at or around the same time everyday so…

i'm entering my third year of college and i have about 30 college pounds to lose and a little more from before college. i'm about 4 pounds down right now :) let's lose the weight together!! yay comraderie! add me as a friend and we can work together to keep each other focused and supported! :)

restarted the shred yesterday! my plan is to do level 2 for 15 days then level 3 for 15 days with maybe some extra level 1 thrown in every once in a while. I am looking forward to give my results at the end!
