You probably should just continue to eat healthy..and workout a few times a week..you don't have much to lose so it should be easy...good luck! You can do it!

Oh great! I love the black girls workout too DVD too...especially the arm and squat exercises...I wanted to try the hip hop abs too it looks fun! Let's keep at it!

I'm doing a mixture of black girls workout too and insanity..both of them have me feeling great afterwards! It never felt so good to sweat!

For me..my motivation was my son..after I had him I got a new drive.I wanted to be healthy for him. So I can be here for him a long time...so I can run..jump and play with him when he gets older... Also I want to feel good about myself again..feel sexy!
