You can look back at mine from around 10 weeks ago. I've moved on from low carb into moderate carb intake. I feel much more energetic on more carbohydrates and my weight loss hasn't really suffered much.

Macros matter, but total caloric intake matters more. If the diet is working (looks like you've lost 34lbs) then there is no reason to change it at this point. That being said, you could probably benefit from a little more protein and a little less in the carb department.

My guess is that you're not eating enough high quality food in your diet. 1690 calories of junk is easy to eat in one meal. 1690 Calories of chicken breast and veggies is a bit harder to eat.
