I only log tea if there's milk and/or sweetener in it - because I always make my tea the same way, I put it in as one of my recipes, so it's very easy to log it.

One cup of boxed coconut milk, one scoop of vanilla protein powder, one tablespoon of cocoa powder, sweetener of your choice, and additional flavorings of your choice - I like almond extract. 167 calories.

If I have time, I go to the gym - an hour on an aerobic elliptical program will atone for a multitude of sins. Otherwise, it's as other people have said: one day won't hurt. If you've gone way, way past your daily limit, I would consider eating slightly less the next day, but only for a very extreme overshoot.

I use protein shakes for my breakfast most days so I can get to classes early - a cup of coconut milk, a scoop of protein powder, and whatever flavorings I feel like, usually some cocoa powder and sweetener. Keeps me full until lunch, and good macros, so I say it's good enough.

I started at a 34G and haven't seen much change yet; granted, I haven't lost all that much, but still. I think I'll probably end up somewhere around a 32DD - not too much loss.

1. Keep logging food faithfully, even when I know I've gone over my limit and don't want to see it; also, remember to weigh myself every week. 2. Read more than I have been. 3. Do cardio at least twice a week. 4. Lift weights at least twice a week.

I usually shoot for exactly 1200, as I have a lot of weight to lose, but sometimes I end up as low as 800. It freaks me out when that happens, though, so I try to eat extra the next few days to compensate.

I usually suck on ice cubes or chew sugarless gum, and then try to find an activity to distract myself with.

I absolutely love Ariya jeans - they seem to wear out faster than some other brands, but they fit amazingly well and I got all of mine for less than five dollars each. I don't know about the availability of the brand, though; it might be regional or exclusively online by now.
