Lightly Active and 2lb a week...You and SpecialSundae were pretty much correct. Changing it to 0.5lb a week has brought the calorie goal up to above my BMR. Thank you! :)

I agree with the "if you were doing it when you put the weight on..." statement, however I have almost doubled my work hours, so I am actually doing more than I was when I put the weight on. I'd totally forgotten about altering lifestyle settings, so thank you for suggesting that! I will give that a try…
