Tried flavored coffee as someone had suggested. Hating it. Also tried fat free half and half and it was a no go. Think I will stick with my naughty creamer...perhaps ween myself down to one naughty cup. :) so grateful for all the responses. Thank y'all. :huh:

Yep. Me too. one pure fruit smoothie or just my morning coffee puts me over on allowed sugar intake. so my question is if sugar is a carb how do I convert it, and then can/do I reduce my carbs by that much?

I used to think "eating healthy" meant avoiding chips, ice cream, fried food and candy...yeah.... I have actually started to educate myself of what "eating healthy" really means... but I stll have so much to learn. Thanks for the info, it points me in the right direction. I need to read up on sugars/carbs. Much appreciated.

Not saying sugar is the anitchrist... just trying to really stick to what I assume is an educated calculation (what MFP calculated for me) for my daily intakes. they give me 30... my 3 tbsp creamer eats up 15 right off the bat....

Exactly!!! I tried the sugar free and I didnt really enjoy it as much... I will prob just try it again. maybe ween myself on to it. add a little fat free for flavor until i get used to sf. Thanks for your reply!

I lost 10 lbs just working out before I started MFP. Im a busty girl but have been noticing a big change in that area...not in a good way.
