I guess you shouldn't just snack on a sugary treat for the sake of it. Maybe look at how you are in terms of sugar intake for the day etc and decide from that. Surely a piece of fruit or smoothie would be better?

I would definitely recommend aquarobics. They do it at many swimming pools and i'm sure your back would manage it. Hope all goes well for you :)
