  • 50 years old and saw my weight go from 180 to 202 after back injury. Always ran to stay in shape now I have to have a lifestyle change. Exercising and eating better starts today!
  • I am a big time Elliptical user. I am new to this group (just found it). I am up to 60 minutes on the eeliptical and burn roughly 700 calories during this time. I workout at our gyms onpost here in Korea. We have the Precor ones here. I'm glad I am in a group that are into the elliptical workouts.
  • Morning is my weight, my understanding it is more accurate because you have not consumed alot of food and your food has digest. Oh yeah after I use the bathroom. :smile:
  • Getting my run down pact. I had gotten away from my fitness pal and went from 187 up to 195. That won't happen again. I'm down to 191 in the 10 days I have been back on it. Hopefully I can be under 190 to start the new year.
  • I felt my body worked better at 175lbs and that is my target. i started out at 207 and now I'm down to 192!
